Decision tree (spreadsheet)

A decision tree lays out a solution, its options and possible outcomes in a clear branching structure. Each path shows a probability, a subvariant and a result, so you can compare choices side by side. Nodes are marked as decisions, choices, events or outcomes, making it easy to follow the logic and add notes for every scenario. It also gives you the structure needed to calculate expected value for each path.
